Business Visa - Yemen

Visa Notes & Fees

  • Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  • Yemen Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed.
  • Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
  • Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
  • Covering Letter: Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Yemen, New Delhi.
  • Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter in Arabic from Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be faxed directly from Yemen to the Embassy and a copy of the same should be submitted with the application.
  • Recommendation Letter: Recommendation letter through recognized Chamber of Commerce in India.
  • Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket.
  • Foreign Exchange: Foreign Exchange duly endorsed/Copy of Credit Card.
  • Medical: Nil.

Visa Notes & Fees

The Embassy of the Republic of Yemen - New Delhi does not issue a Tourist Visa for individuals. Tourist Visa is facilitated only for Groups where an Authorized Travel Agent has to personally meet the Visa Counselor and then the Ambassador with a letter addressed to the Ambassador, which should state all the details of the Tour Itinerary and also all other documents pertaining to the Tour.

Note: An applicant must get an approval from the concerned authority in Yemen, which has to be sent through Ministry Of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

  • Medical Requirement: Medicals have to be done by the Embassy Authorized Doctor.

Climate:
