Please Note: Kindly mention name of the Invitee along with company name, address & contact number in the visa application form.

If applying from Mumbai:

Vietnam Visa Application Form Mum: One visa application form duly filled and signed.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering letter from the applicant on the company letterhead stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.

• If applying from Delhi: The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, New Delhi.
• If applying from Mumbai: The letter should be addressed to: Consulate General of Vietnam, Mumbai.

Immigration Approval: Approval from the Immigration Department has to be submitted along with the visa application.

If applying from Delhi: Airline Reservation - Ticket Itinerary.

If applying from Mumbai: Airline Reservation - Confirmed Air Ticket.

Climate

The northern third of Australia lies in the tropics and so is warm or hot the year around. The rest of the country lies south of the tropics and has warm summers and mild or cool winters. In winter, many parts of the south have occasional frosts. But the Australian Alps and the interior of Tasmania are the only areas of the country where temperatures remain below freezing for more than a day or so at a time.
