Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).

Please Note: Applicant's PAN Card & Voter ID Card is required while submitting the application to the Embassy.

Venezuela Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

• Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Photo also required in CD. Size of the image must not exceed 70Kb.

Covering Letter: Covering letter from the applicant on the company letterhead stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from Venezuela host / inviting company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. The letter should be sent directly to the Embassy and a copy to us.

Mercantile Registration and RIF: Mercantile Registration and RIF of the Venezuela counterpart.

Recommendation Letter: Recommendation letter through recognized Chamber of Commerce in India.

Proof of Occupation:

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed.
• Brief Company Profile.

Financials:

• Bank Statement for last three months.
• Foreign Exchange duly endorsed / Copy of Credit Card.
• Bank Certificate with Name of the Account Holder, Account No. & Balance.

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

Medical:

• Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
• Required Travel Medical Insurance.

Covering Letter: Covering letter from applicant on business letterhead mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, New Delhi.

Please Note: Covering letter on letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

The sponsor has to furnish the following documents:

• Invitation letter.
• Copy of the Caudal de Identical of the sponsor.

Proof of Occupation - Self Employed:

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed.
• Brief Company Profile.
• Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director).

Employed:

• Appointment Letter.
• No Objection Certificate from employer.

If you are under 18, you must also submit:

• An authorization letter signed by both parents with their passports.

Financials:

• Bank statement for last three months.
• Foreign Exchange duly endorsed / Copy of Credit Card.

Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation and Tour Itinerary.

Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket.

Medical:

• Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

Proof of Occupation - Self-employed:

• Applicant must submit copy of state ownership.

Ticket: Original & Copy of onward Air ticket.

Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

Please Note: If the applicant’s travel ticket indicates transit in Venezuela on the way back to his/her country, the visa will be issued for 2 entries.

Work Permit: Work permit to be arranged by the Employer in Venezuela from the DIEX under the Home Ministry of Venezuela should be faxed directly to the Embassy and a copy to be submitted along with the Application.

Certificates:

• Proof of Educational and Professional Certificates duly attested from the Ministry of Home Affairs - India.
• Police Clearance Certificate valid at least six (6) months.

Medical Requirements:

• Medical Certificate from an Authorized MBBS Doctor and HIV Test certificate.
• Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

Climate
