Photo Specification: Two recent camera-clicked passport-sized colored photographs on a light background with 80% face coverage on matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering letter from the applicant on the company letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose of the trip, duration of the trip, and details of the company in Uzbekistan with travel dates. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: An invitation letter should come through the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs” - Tashkent and should be faxed directly to the embassy, and a copy of the same is to be submitted with the application. You can either attach a copy of the approval or Reference / File Number.

Covering Letter: Covering letter from applicant on company letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to - The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, New Delhi.

Ticket: Confirmed ticket reservation with all flights confirmed, proving the transit port of entry is Uzbekistan.

• If you stay in a private apartment or house, you have to register the passport with the Ministry of Interior’s local department in the district where this apartment or house is located.
• Hotel Confirmation.

Visa Notes & Fees

Indian nationals seeking Uzbekistan Tourist visa shall now apply for an e Visa. Applicant’s photograph (35 x 40 mm) and passport’s bio data page must be uploaded while applying for the visa.

1. The visa is issued for a single entry in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a period of stay up to 30 days.
2. Processing time for the issuance of an e Visa is two working days, excluding the day of application.
3. Visa will be sent to applicant’s e-mail address indicated while applying for the visa and will be valid for 90 days from the date of its issuance.
4. The consular fee for processing the application is 20 USD, which must be paid online.
5. Application must be submitted not less than three working days before the planned trip to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Climate
