Covering Letter: Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Ukraine, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Original Letter of Invitation from a legal person registered in Ukraine, presented on the official letterhead, containing indication of the number assigned in United State Registry of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens associations, registration number, date and signature, full name of the invited person, information about his/her date and place of birth, nationality, passport details, place of residence, purpose of visit, duration of intended visit to Ukraine, number of entries and place of stay in Ukraine, legal person’s obligation towards possible costs related to the invited person’s stay or departure from Ukraine.

Registration Copy: Registration Copy of the Ukrainian company.

Ticket: Copy of Return Air Ticket.

Financial:
a) Foreign Exchange endorsement/copies Credit Card.
b) 06 months Personal/Company bank statements with sufficient balance (minimum Rs.1,50,000 - Rs.2,00,000) is required in original with stamp & signatory on every page.
c) ITR for last three years.

Medical: Medical Insurance for the Duration of Stay is required.

Residence Documents: Valid residence permits/equivalents (in cases where applicants reside in a country that is different from the country of their nationality/citizenship).

Medical Insurance: Proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay. The policy should provide a minimum of €30,000 or equivalent coverage.

Financials: Proof of sufficient funds to cover the costs of stay, e.g. bank statement for 2 recent months, cash in Ukrainian hryvnia/other convertible currency, bank cards along with current/savings account balance statements provided the bank cards can be cashed in Ukraine, hotel/accommodation booking, letter from the applicant’s employer/sponsor confirming their coverage of applicant’s expenses in Ukraine, a return/transit ticket, etc.

Accommodation Proof: Proof that the applicant’s main purpose of journey to Ukraine is tourism (hotel/accommodation booking(s), programme of stay, information on the tour(s) and the tour(s’) timeframes, tourist agency details, transfer details, sightseeing information, etc.).

Please Note: Applicants might be asked for additional documents by Ukraine’s visa officers, e.g. return flight tickets and other documents confirming applicants’ circumstances, as defined by Ukraine’s visa officers of the relevant Embassy/Consulate General.

Ticket: Onward ticket to the country of destination.

Note:
a) Prior Appointment is mandatory for submission of application.
b) If applicant is holding any valid Schengen/UK/USA valid visa then applicant needs to contact Insight Visa Consultancy directly.
c) Personal Presence of the applicant might be required, which is on the discretion of the embassy.
