Turkey Visa Application Form Visa application form has to be filled online and documents have to be uploaded online through https://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr. After filling the form and uploading documents, the printout of the same has to be taken and submitted at the Embassy/Consulate along with other required documents on the scheduled appointment date. Form must be duly signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification Two recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border.
Size: 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches.

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any previous visas.
Covering Letter Covering letter from company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit along with sponsorship details. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name, designation and company seal.

Invitation Letter Copy of Invitation Letter from Turkish host / inviting company in English or Turkish on the letterhead stating the applicant's name, purpose and duration of visit and sponsorship details. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name and designation.

The inviting company must also mail the invitation letter to the Turkish Consulate in Hyderabad at: consulate.hyderabad@mfa.gov.tr
Financials a) Original personal and company bank statement for the last 3 months with bank seal and signature on the last page and minimum balance of Rs. 1 lakh per applicant.
b) Salary slip for the last 03 months with company seal on company's letterhead.
c) Company and personal ITR for the last 3 years.
Proof of Occupation Self Employed: Registration certificate of the company / copy of Memorandum of Article Association of the Company / copy of Import Export License attested by Notary Public or Chamber of Commerce. Income tax returns (ITR) or Form 16 with signature.

Employed: Original leave sanction letter from company, duly signed by the authorized signatory with name, designation and company's stamp. Income tax returns (ITR).
Airline Reservation Ticket itinerary.
Authorization Letter Applicant has to submit an authority letter authorizing Insight Vacations to submit and collect documents on his/her behalf.
Accommodation Proof Hotel Booking.
Travel Insurance Travel Insurance for the duration of stay.
Please Note a) If a minor is travelling alone or with a single parent, NOC on Rs. 100 stamp paper with Notary has to be submitted along with parent's original passport, if Turkish visa is valid.
b) An applicant is eligible for E-Visa if he is holding a visa for UK, US or Schengen valid for the entire period of stay in Turkey.
c) Consulate may ask for any additional documents.

Financials Personal original bank statement for the last six months with a minimum balance of Rs. 1,00,000.
Proof of Education Copies of all relevant educational qualification certificates / diploma certificates.
Employment Contract Foreigners employment contract application filled in Turkish with relevant sign and seal has to be submitted along with visa application.
Please Note a) Applicant applying for Work Permit Visa must inform his company in Turkey to submit the originals of the forms and documents required under the implementation statutes of Law No. 4817 on the work permit of foreigners at Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security within 10 days of submission of application at Mumbai Consulate.

b) Work permits are issued only after prior approval by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security for foreign personnel.

c) Consulate may ask for any additional documents.

Local Address Proof Passports which are not issued in the jurisdiction for applicants applying in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum and Pondicherry can be submitted with local address proof. Only registered leave and license agreement copy.
