Document / Requirement Details
Passport Original Passport with validity of minimum six months from intended date of travel and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping.

a) Colour copy of the first and last page of the passport.
b) Attach all your old passports, if any.
Trinidad and Tobago Visa Application Form Two visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Please Note: The signatures in both application forms should match with each other.
Photo Specification Two recent passport size identical photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border.
Size: 35mm x 45mm.

The photo should clearly show eyes, ears, chin and nose.

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 6 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter Covering-letter from the company on its letterhead stating applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.

The letter should be addressed to:
The Visa Officer, High Commission for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, New Delhi.
Work Permit Original Work Permit and two photocopies of the same have to be submitted with the application.
Appointment Letter Original Appointment Letter and two copies of it, along with a letter from the company in Trinidad and Tobago with company stamp on it, have to be attached with the application.
Airline Reservation Ticket Itinerary.
Important Notes a) Original documents submitted would be returned to the applicant.
b) The High Commission can ask for personal bank statements for 06 months on a case-to-case basis. It is advisable to submit these documents upfront with the application.
