• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  • List of countries visited in the last six months.
  • Attach all your old passports (if any).
• Togo Visa Application Form: Visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
• Photo Specification: Two recent camera-clicked passport-sized colored photographs on light background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).
  Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Covering Letter: Covering-letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of The Republic of Togo, New Delhi.
• Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Togo host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay.
• Financials: Proof of sufficient fund covering the duration of stay.
• Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation.
• Ticket: Confirmed return air ticket.
• Medical: Copy of YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the Original YFC at the time of travel.

Climate:

The northern third of Australia lies in the tropics and so is warm or hot the year around. The rest of the country lies south of the tropics and has warm summers and mild or cool winters.
