Photo Specification: Three recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Syria attested by Syrian chamber of commerce and a copy to us.
Recommendation letter: Recommendation letter through recognised Chamber of Commerce in India.
Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket
Financials: Foreign exchange duly endorsed/copy of credit card
Authority Letter: Authority letter is required from applicant on Company's letter head to submit and collect the passports.

Work Permit or Contract Letter: Work permit or contract letter should be arranged by the counterpart company in Syria through the "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" - Syria and then through the "Ministry of External Affairs" - Syria should come directly to the embassy and a copy sent to the applicant also.
