Photo Specification: One recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from the company on its letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Suriname, Delhi.
Please Note: Copy of the company's registration certificate has to be attached with the covering letter.
Invitation Letter: Original Invitation letter from Ministry of Foreign approval Affairs.
Please Note: Copy of sponsor's ID proof along with the copy of inviting company's registration certificate has to be attached with the invitation letter.
Ticket: Ticket itinerary.
Financials: Last three months company's bank statement.
Medical Certificate:
- A health certificate from an authorized hospital/doctor stating that applicant is not suffering from following diseases:
- HIV-AIDS
- Leprosy
- Venereal Diseases
- Tuberculosis
- Hepatitis-B and other contagious diseases
- Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

Please Note: Leaving the airport area is not allowed. No hotel facilities available within the airport transit area.
