Requirement Details
Passport Original Passport with validity of minimum six months from the intended date of travel and minimum one blank page for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports, if any.

Please Note: Copies of all written pages of the passport have to be submitted along with the application.
Suriname Visa Application Form One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification One recent passport-size photograph with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border. Size: 35mm x 45mm.

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned or stapled and should not have been used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter Covering letter from the company on its letterhead stating applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to:

Please Note: Copy of the company's registration certificate has to be attached with the covering letter.
Invitation Letter Original Invitation Letter from Ministry of Foreign approval Affairs.

Please Note: Copy of sponsor's ID proof along with the copy of inviting company's registration certificate has to be attached with the invitation letter.
Ticket Ticket itinerary.
Financials Last three months company's bank statement.
Medical Certificate a) A health certificate from an authorized hospital/doctor stating that applicant is not suffering from the following diseases:
  1. HIV-AIDS
  2. Leprosy
  3. Venereal Diseases
  4. Tuberculosis
  5. Hepatitis-B and other contagious diseases
b) Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application and applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
Insurance Overseas Medical Insurance.

Hotel Booking Hotel confirmation / tour itinerary / tour confirmation.

a) Valid visa of final destination.
b) Attach all your old passports, if any.

Please Note: Leaving the airport area is not allowed. No hotel facilities are available within the airport transit area.
