Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of travel and minimum one blank page required.
2 copies of passport bio data pages.
Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any). Also If applicant has travelled before to Singapore in his old passports or if there is no travel – He needs to provide a declaration letter.
Handwritten passport will not be accepted. |
| Visa Application Form |
Form 14A to be duly filled and signed by the applicant with blue or black ink pen.
Signature: Signature on page 2 below Yes & No column (part III). At the end of the form on page 3 above the applicant signature column.
For minor: Both parents signature and child sign / thumb impression as per passport required.
Note:
a) If any correction in form, correction can be done, but passenger has to sign near the same column, do not leave any information blank to avoid delay in submission.
b) Form to be filled with date, place and all columns should be completely filled by one pen and one handwriting. |
| Photo Specification |
Two recent passport size (35mm x 45mm) colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish on white background, without borders and taken within the last 3 months. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown.
Note:
1- Photo must be taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features.
2- You should look directly at the camera with head straight, with no hair across and/or covering your eyes/eyebrows/ears. |
| Covering Letter |
Personal Covering Letter containing below mentioned details:
1- Name and passport number.
2- Resident address and contact number.
3- Date of travel.
4- No of passengers travelling together.
5- Details of land itinerary and place of stay in Singapore.
6- Applicant's employment details.
7- Details of previous travels to Singapore (if available).
8- Details of local Sponsor (if available).
The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai.
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed. |
| Financials |
a) Updated Bank statement for the last 3 months with applicant's name, a/c no. with bank seal & sign.
b) Last 3 month salary slip. |
| Airline Reservation |
Return confirm air ticket. |
| Employment / Leave Letter |
If the applicant is salaried then need leave letter on company letter head is required. |
| Children Travelling with One Parent |
NOC from another parent with passport copy of parent. |
| Student |
Student ID card is required if the passenger is a Student. |
| Honeymoon Travelers |
Original Wedding Card has to be submitted along with the visa application. |
| Mandatory Documents for Blank Passport Holders |
1) Bank statement 3 months.
2) Last 3 month salary slip.
3) Employment proof.
6 months bank statement. (if travel first time to abroad) |
| Please Note |
a) For Passport issued outside of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, require two stay proof [updated Electricity bill (period should last month) or Telephone bill (period should last month) or valid leave & license agreement copy or original society letter or Credit card statement].
b) Blank passport holders who have not traveled to USA, SCNEHNGEN, UK, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, NEW ZEALAND, CANADA now would require hotel confirmation and Employment proof or leave letter from Company.
c) Consulate may ask for any additional documents.
