Visa Notes & Fees

Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

a) Two copies of the first, second and last page of the passport.

b) Attach all your old passports (if any).

Paraguay Visa Application Form: Two typed visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Specification: Two recent camera-clicked passport-sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm X 45mm to 50mm X 50mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering letter from the applicant on company's letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Paraguay, Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Paraguay host / Inviting Company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation. The Invitee Company has to present the original invitation to the Paraguay Ministry (MRE-Passport Office) and get it attested.

Please Note:

a) Two sets of photocopies of invitation letter are required for those participating in conferences, seminars, artistic or sports events.

b) Invitation Letter from Paraguay host / Inviting Company should directly be sent to the Embassy by email and also send one email to us for visa submission.

Financials:

a) Personal Bank Statement for last six months.

b) Credit Card copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler's Cheque.

Proof of Occupation:

a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed.

b) Brief Company Profile.

c) Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director).

d) Recommendation letter through recognised Chamber of Commerce in India.

Police Record Certificate: Original Police Record Certificate duly attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

Medical: It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.

Please Note: An interview will be held by the Embassy after processing the visa. Applicant might be called for an interview depending upon the travel history.
