Papua New Guinea Visa Application Form Two visa application form along with the Supplementary Health Form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification Two recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter Covering-letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to: The Visa Officer, Papua New Guinea High Commission, Delhi.
Invitation Letter Invitation Letter from Papua New Guinea host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should come through the Immigration Department of Immigration, directly to the Embassy and a copy to us.
Sponsorship Letter Sponsorship letter from company in Papua New Guinea.
Airline Reservation Ticket Itinerary.
Poliomyelitis Vaccination Applicant seeking Papua New Guinea visa will have to submit proof of Poliomyelitis Vaccination along with other relevant document.
International Certificate of Vaccination The international certificate of vaccination or Proplylaxis (also called yellow booklet) must be completed by a health practitioner upon vaccination, signed and stamped with an official stamp of the institution where the vaccine is administered.
Important Vaccination Note All travelers who have been issued a visa, needs to procure the Polio Vaccination Certificate (yellow booklet) and carry it with them, otherwise they may be denied entry to Papua New Guinea.

Work Permit Work Permits can be procured by the Employing Company in PNG by approaching the Department of Immigration. On the basis of the Work Permit sent by the Department of Immigration in PNG, the High Commission will issue a visa to allow the worker to travel to Papua New Guinea.
