Visa Notes & Fees

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

1. Photocopy of front and back page of every passport along with copies of any previous Namibian visa.
2. Attach all your old passports (if any).

Namibia Visa Application Form: Two visa application forms duly filled and signed. Photocopy can be used.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company's letterhead stating applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to:

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Namibia host / inviting Company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay, should be sent directly to the embassy and a copy to us.

Financials:

1. Credit Card copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler's Cheque.
2. Original Bank statement for last 6 months.
3. Company Bank statement is mandatory.

Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket and travel itinerary.

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation on Hotel's letterhead.

Medical: Yellow fever Inoculation Certificate, only if the journey to Namibia entails passing through the Yellow fever areas of Africa / South America / Central America.

Note: One set of all documents should be photocopied.

Please Note: Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
