Passport: Original Passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any) 
Malawi Visa Application Form : Two visa application forms to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.(Photocopy can be used) 
Photo Specification: Two recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm). 
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas. 
Covering Letter: Covering Letter is required from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Malawi High Commission, New Delhi. 
Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Malawi host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay along with the invitee’s ID copy and Resident copy. 
Financials: Personal bank statement for the last six months. 
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation 
Ticket: Confirmed return Air Ticket 
Medical: A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travelers.
