Passport: Original passport with validity of 3 months longer than the intended stay and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).

Macedonia Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border.

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letterhead stating name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Macedonia, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Macedonia host / inviting company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay. The letter should be verified by a Notary Public.

Financial:

• Bank statement for last 6 months.
• ITR for last 3 years.

Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.

Overseas Travel Insurance: Overseas Travel Insurance (policy issued by an insurance company in the country of residence).

Please Note:

• Proof of payment of visa processing fee.
• If Applicant has a Schengen visa, with multiple entry and validity for more than 3 months, then a separate Macedonian visa is not required.

The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Macedonia, New Delhi.

Please Note: Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

Financial:

• Bank statement for last 6 months.
• ITR for last 3 years.

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel Confirmation.

Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.

Overseas Travel Insurance: Overseas Travel Insurance (policy issued by an insurance company in the country of residence).

Certificate from the Ministry of the Interior for regulated stay in the Republic of Macedonia.

Contract with a company which is registered in the Republic of Macedonia (mandatory translation of the original copy into the Macedonian language by a court-appointed translator).

Proof of valid registration of the two contracting parties.

Medical: Proof of health insurance (and mandatory translation of the original copy into the Macedonian language by a court-appointed translator).

Certificates:

• Certificate that the applicant has not been convicted, issued by the relevant authorities of the country of residence of the foreigner (and mandatory translation of the original copy into the Macedonian language by a court-appointed translator).
• Proof that there are no pending criminal proceedings against the foreigner in the country whose national he/she is or in the country of residence from which he/she submits the stay permit application.

Climate:
