• Observation on the passport needs to be checked with The Embassy / VFS prior to the submission of application.

Lithuania Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant. For online form, kindly log on to https://visa.vrm.lt/epm/

Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photograph with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Lithuania host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation.

• Copy of invitation letter, approved by the Migration Department of the Republic of Lithuania.

Financials:

• Personal ITR for last 3 years.
• Original Bank Statement for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign. Bank statement should be on A4 Size Paper.
• Six months salary slip.
• Credit Card copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler's Cheque.

Proof of Occupation:

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
• Brief Company Profile.
• Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director).
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm).

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

Medical: Original & Copy of Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros.

Please Note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Lithuania.
