Passport Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Attach all your old passports (if any).
Libya Visa Application Form Two visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, with blue background.
Size: 35mm x 45mm.

Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter Covering Letter from applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit along with his proof of occupation, duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to:

The Visa Officer, THE GREAT SOCIALIST PEOPLE'S LIBYAN ARAB JAMAHIRIYA, New Delhi
Invitation Letter Telefax number by the invitee / company through Ministry of Interior - Libya.
Medical Requirements Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (required) for visa application, AIDS Certificate, Swine Flu Certificate and General Fitness Certificate to be procured from The Sanghi Medical Centre (Pan India).

In Delhi you can visit the following centers to procure Medical Certificate:

a) Govt Medical Centre, 309, Hemkunt Towers, 6 Rajendra Place, Ground Floor, New Delhi-8.
b) New Delhi Medical Centre, 1st Floor Hemkunt House, 6 Rajendra Place, New Delhi-8.
c) Sanghi Medical Centre S-51, G.K.-1, New Delhi-48.
d) Green Park Diagnostics, G-43, Green Park, Main Market, New Delhi-16.
Important Note Pax entering Libya via Tripoli (TIP) must hold a valid visa issued for Tripoli only. If guest is holding a visa issued for Benghazi (BEN), they are not permitted to enter Libya via TIP. They must only enter through Benghazi. Immigration Authorities shall impose fine that are in breach of the visa restrictions.
