Passport: Original passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports, if any.
Lesotho Visa Application Form: One visa application form duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60%–80% face coverage, white background and without border. Size: 35mm x 45mm.
Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 2 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Original covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit and duly attested by the local Notary Public. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, High Commission of the Kingdom of Lesotho, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Letter of invitation from Lesotho with full contact details of the company mentioning company’s trading license, tax clearance, bank statement for the last three months and purpose of visit.
Please Note: Local company details registration copy, bank statement for the last three months, letter from company indicating purpose and duration of visit, and company profile.
Financials:
a) Original bank statement for the last 3 months.
b) ITR for the last 2 years.
Proof of Occupation:
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
b) Brief Company Profile.
c) Articles of Memorandum (in case the applicant is MD/Director).
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): PCC issued from the Police Department.
Airline Reservation: A copy of confirmed return ticket.

Health Regulation for Passengers Leaving India: There is no health check requirement by the Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area are advised in their own interest to get themselves vaccinated and to be in possession of valid yellow fever vaccination certificates before they leave the country.

c) Company’s reference letter.
