Please Note: Lebanon visa can be applied in any of the following two ways:
- Visa can be applied by submitting original passport, 2 photographs, visa form and immigration approval in Arabic language from Lebanon which will be translated in English from Lebanon Embassy in Delhi and the applicant can travel on the same translated visa approval. This will take 2 working days.
- Visa can be applied by providing the below mentioned documents and Lebanon Embassy in Delhi will refer his/her application for the approval to Lebanon and it may take 10 working days:
Original valid passport, 2 passport size photos, original covering letter, original invitation letter, ticket, bank statement, personal ITRs and salary slip.

Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60% - 80% face coverage, white background and without border (size: 35mm x 45mm).
Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas. |
| Covering Letter |
Original Covering Letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to:

| Invitation Letter |
Original invitation letter in Arabic with Halphnama (Guarantee Letter) notarized at notary public office from Lebanese host/company on its letterhead stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory's name and designation.
The letter should be addressed to:
The Embassy of Lebanon, Delhi
The invitation letter should undertake responsibility of the invited person that he will return back to India.
Please Note: Copy of ID proof of Sponsor is required. |
