An Invitation letter which bears Visa Clearance Number (Approval Number) from the invitee company. (Fax copy of visa clearance no. is acceptable).
a) Visa clearance No. is issued by the Department of Consular Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Please request the inviting company to do the needful.
b) Visa Clearance No. indicates that the invitation has been accepted, registered and is being processed as per the Kazak immigration rules.
c) The visa clearance no. is sent directly to the Embassy. |
