 Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps.

Schengen Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed on column 37 and 38
Please note : Applicant mobile number should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy / Consulate can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing
Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
Covering Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Italy, New Delhi.
Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
Sponsorship letter from the hosting Congregation in Italy, attested by the Secretary of State – Vatican, with details concerning the religious nature of the event, or of the activities representing the purpose of the visit.
OR
Note Verbale   from the Apostolic Nunciature in New Delhi confirming the  duration and the religious purpose of the trip.
 Letter from the Congregation in India and the Bishop of the Archdiocese  from the place of residence, confirming the religious status, the completion of final vows and clearly explaining the purpose of the visit.
Finacials : Proof of financial means of support / Declaration of assumption of responsibility by the religious organization.
Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
Medical : Original Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros
Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing Insight Vacations Private Limited to submit and collect documents.
