Visa Notes & Fees 
Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any) 
a) Handwritten passport will not be accepted. 
b) 20 years validity passport will not be accepted. 
c) There should be minimum 03 blank pages in the passport while submitting the application. 
d) Passport should be valid for minimum 06 months from date of application submission. 
Ghana Visa Application Form : Four visa application forms duly filled and signed. Ghana online form link - http://ghana-mission.co.in/visa_form.php . Following documents must be uploaded:- 
a) Photograph (Size: Height=150px; Width=120px) 
b) Bio data pages of applicant’s passport 
c) Covering Letter 
d) Original Invitation Letter 
e) Passport copy of authorized signatory who is signing the Invitation Letter. 
f) Ticket 
Post filling the form, printout of the same has to be taken and submitted at the Embassy along with the hard copies of relevant documents for visa processing. 
Please Note: 
a) Names of 2 referrers from Ghana should be provided along with their address, mobile no and landline number. 
b) Passport copies or Id card copy of 2 referrers from Ghana. 
Photo Specification: Four recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) 
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas. 
Covering Letter : Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp. 
Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed. 
(If applying from Delhi)-The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Ghana High Commission, New Delhi. 
(If applying from Mumbai)-The letter should be addressed to: Consulate General of Ghana,Mumbai 
(If applying from Kolkata)- The letter should be addressed to: Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Ghana,Kolkata 
Please Note - Covering Letter must be typed. No handwritten changes will be accepted. 
Invitation Letter: An invitation letter from the invitee mentioning applicant's name, passport number and purpose & duration of visit in brief if visiting relatives or friends.

Proof Of Occupation of the applicant (If applying from Delhi) 
Student:  
a) Letter of Introduction from school.  
b) Birth certificate of child if travelling with Parents.

Employed: Leave Sanction letter from Employer

Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
