Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and scanned/stapled.

Covering Letter : Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Gabon,New Delhi.
 Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Gabon host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, dates and duration of stay. It should be duly signed with the signatory’s name and designation
Ticket: Confirmed return air ticket
Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) is required from the Police Station.

Sponsorship letter is required if visiting friends or family.
