Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

a) Copy of pages of passport containing personal information and also pages providing important travel information

Ecuador Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: Four recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation ,passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Ecuador, New Delhi.
Contracts
a) In case of Work contracts: employment authorization issued by the Labor Ministry and employment contract registered with the Labor Direction
b) In case of appointment of Chairman, CEO or Agent: the appointment duly registered in the Registry Mercantile (Mercantile Registrar).
c) In case of a civil contract for professional services: contract duly registered at the Civil Court or notary and the college degree apostle or legalized in the country of origin. The degree should be translated into Spanish, in case of being in a foreign language.
d) If applicant has a transportation service or sponsorship in Ecuador: the original letter of sponsorship or transfer granted by the headquarters apostle or legalized in the country of origin. It must be translated into Spanish, in case of being in a foreign language.

a) Updated RUC certificate from the sponsor in Ecuador
b) Updated certificate having no outstanding obligations to IESS from Ecuador
Certificates:
a) Current certificate of compliance of obligation and legal existence of the company, issued by the Superintendence of Company.
b) Articles of incorporation of the company, duly registered in the Mercantile Register.
c) Fire Department Certificate
d) Municipal License Certificate
e) Copy of Certificate of Educational or Professional Qualifications
PCC: Police Clearance Certificate from the Passport office only with apostle.
Medical: It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.

Climate:
