Please note: If employed,a letter in original from your company stating your name, designation, employee code and duration with the company.
Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Congolese host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation
a) Legalize (authentic) Patent letter or License  of tax proof document of Invitee company.
b) Declaration-letter from the Invitee Company. Refer to the following link Declaration Letter Format.
Financials:
a) Last six month bank statements.
Air Reservation: Confirmed ticket issued from EC Air.
Please Note: Itinerary should be New Delhi to Dubai by any airlines and the Dubai to Brazzaville by EC Air.
Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) along with a photocopy has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

d) Husband/Father/Inviting existing visa page and passport copy

f) Working proof of Indicant (Person from Congo)
g) Recent water bill and electricity bill
h) Salary slip with CNSS registration number and must be in CFA(Congolese currency)(Indicant)
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel Reservation
