Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Brunei Darussalam High Commission, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Brunei host / inviting Company and approval copy from Brunei Immigration Department should be faxed directly to the embassy and a copy to us.

Ticket: Confirmed onward and return ticket

Financials: Original Bank Statement for last six months with original stamp and signature of the authorized signatory of the Bank.

Accommodation Proof: Confirmed hotel booking Brunei (for short visit - without sponsors in Brunei)

Ticket: Air Ticket should be less than 90 days.

Please Note: An Employment entry visa valid for 3 months will be issued, which can be extended in Brunei.
