Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
Bosnia Herzegovina Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: One recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Bosnia & Herzegovina, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from the Bosnian host / inviting Company which should be attested by Bosnian Chamber of Commerce, Local Municipality & Local Police Authority.
Financials :
a)Personal Bank statement for six months
b)Personal ITR for last 3 yrs
c)Foreign Exchange receipt or Credit card photocopy with statement of last three months
Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
Travel insurance as per travel date (mandatory)
Please Note:
a) Personal Interview is Mandatory.
b) Applicant can get Bosnia Visa on arrival for 7 day stay if they are holding a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa.

Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from invitee/Sponsoring Bosnian National stating the Applicant’s Name, Passport number, Date of Birth, Purpose and Duration of visit. The letter should be attested by the Local Municipality & Local Police Authority.
