Benin Visa Application Form: One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: Three recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of Benin", New Delhi.
 Invitation Letter: Original invitation Letter from Benin host/ inviting Company on its letter head which has to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Benin by the Honorary Consul General Mr. Ashok R. Mirchandani. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and ID card copy.
Financials:
a) Original Personal bank statement for last 3 months with bank's seal & signature
b) Foreign Exchange receipt or Credit card photocopy with statement of last three months.
Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary.
Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

The letter should be duly signed by the host with his name & contact details and ID card copy.
